Cancellation Policy
Canceling the day before a scheduled appointment will be charged half the price of service scheduled. Same day cancellations and showing up beyond 20 minutes late to your appointment will be considered a no show and will be charged the full price of the service scheduled.
Child Policy
Here at Ladybird we want you to be able to fully relax at your appointment. We do not have available childcare and prefer that you do. The salon has sharp tools and chemicals within reach, and other clients trying to relax. We ask for your consideration of others and the safety of your child that children do not attend your appointment unless authorized by your stylist.
Children under 16 years of age must be attended by an adult for their full appointment unless otherwise authorized by the stylist.
Redo Policy
If you’re dissatisfied, don’t hesitate to reach out to your stylist within 14 days for a fix. We want you to love your hair!
Anything beyond 14 days will be considered a new service. Why 14 days? Because your hair grows 1/2 inch per month, and that growth can change your hair shape and new growth at the root will be visible.
Refund Policy
We hate that you are unhappy with your hair and would like to do our best to adjust it. If you think the salon is no longer a fit for you, you may absolutely have a refund but may not book future services.
Right to Refuse Service
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
