We’re hiring reliable full-time stylists looking to grow their existing clientele with the support of our salon.
No matter your specialties, we offer a straightforward flat 50% commission split (with all gratuities going to the stylist), a 10% retail commission, as well as the freedom to directly engage with your clientele via a company-provided phone number or our easy online booking system.
We also offer ongoing education and encourage our stylists to evolve behind the chair without imposing any molds upon them.
In addition to supporting individual growth, we’re passionate about creating a welcoming space for our community. Instead of a traditional front desk and receptionist, our spacious, light-filled salon offers a lounge area with a snack/beverage bar that clients are welcome to enjoy.
Our stylist workroom is larger than most – offering ample counter space, a washer/dryer, full size fridge, and a table.
Our salon is full of respectful peers and we’re seeking accountable, passionate, and friendly professionals to join us!
