What to do if dissatisfied with a service?
AWe want you to love your hair, and if you’re unhappy with anything please reach out to the stylist that served you! Don’t be afraid to do so as we all want to help. If you are uncomfortable speaking with or seeing the same stylist again, please contact one of the salon owners, Jena Pickle or Jen Plaia and we will do our best to make it right for you!
